4. Data Storage
Visitor analytics data is stored in a private JSON file on a secured server hosted in India. This data is accessible only to me (Ashish Dholakiya) via a password-protected admin dashboard. The data is not accessible to the public.
Contact form messages are delivered to my private email inbox and are not stored on the server after delivery.
5. Third-Party Services
This website uses the following third-party services:
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — used on the contact form to prevent spam. Google's Privacy Policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Fonts — used for typography. Google may collect basic request data. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
- ip-api.com — used to look up geographic location from IP addresses. No personal data is sent beyond the IP address.
- ZeptoMail — used to deliver contact form emails to my private inbox. Zoho's Privacy Policy applies.
- Cloudflare — used for DNS and DDoS protection. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy applies.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form uses browser session storage (not cookies) to implement rate limiting — this data stays in your browser and is never sent to the server.
Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies as part of its spam detection process.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & DPDP Act)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you have the right to:
- Request access to data collected about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request correction of inaccurate data

8. Data Retention
Visitor analytics data is retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which older records are automatically removed. Contact form messages are retained in my email inbox subject to my standard email retention practices.

This website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. The analytics data is stored in a password-protected private directory. Security measures including bot detection, rate limiting, and input validation are implemented on the contact form.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
